Our platform, milgo, helps governments, municipalities, education systems, and health organizations understand what’s happening on the ground, generate actionable insights, and drive real-world behavioral change.

We’re looking for a Research & Project Manager to lead research and measurement projects powered by our digital platform, milgo - shaping the research approach, configuring the measurement flow in the platform, overseeing automated data collection and insight generation, and turning the platform’s outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for our partners.

What you'll do

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with public organizations to design research plans, surveys, feedback loops, and measurement frameworks.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative methods to generate meaningful insights.
• Work closely with product, research, and data teams to translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Communicate insights clearly - visually, verbally, and in writing - to diverse audiences.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client communication.

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, applied research, behavioral/social sciences, or similar roles involving complex project o
• g project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives in parallel.Exper
• ience working with the public, governmental, municipal, or health organizations..Solid
• understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Exper
• ience in user research, service design, user behavior, or UX — an advantage.Excel
• lent communication and storytelling abilities; capable of turning data into compelling narratives.Exper
• ience designing and conducting surveys.
