**Purpose of the Role

**The Head of HR for P&I (Product and Innovation Unit), Central Functions, and HQ (‘Head of HR’) is a senior strategic HR leadership role, responsible for shaping and driving the people agenda across ADAMA’s global central functions, the Product & Innovation (P&I) unit, and the corporate headquarters. This multifaceted position combines direct HR partnership with senior executives and functions, strategic oversight of business partners in P&I, Finance, Legal & CEO Office, as well as hands-on HR responsibility for the HR function itself (“HR for HR”) and IT.

In addition, the Head of HR holds accountability for the HR aspects of the HQ site, with a strong focus on employee experience, workplace culture, and operational support of site services. This includes partnering closely with facility management, security, and employee welfare teams to ensure the headquarters is not only an effective business hub but also a workplace where employees feel engaged, supported, and connected.

As ADAMA’s central functions continue their transformation into truly global organizations, the Head of HR plays a critical leadership role in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development**.** The position requires balancing strategic partnership with executive stakeholders, direct engagement with managers & employees, and the ability to lead through complexity making it a pivotal role in enabling the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global HR Leadership
  • Serve as a member of the Global HR Leadership Team (HRLT), actively contributing to the design and execution of ADAMA’s global HR strategy.
  • Represent the needs and perspectives of P&I, Central Functions, and HQ in HRLT discussions, ensuring they are embedded in global HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Cascade HRLT decisions and strategies into supported units, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and implementation.
  • Business Partnering - Strategic & Hands-On
  • Provide direct HR partnership for the HR function (“HR for HR”) and IT, leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle and talent agenda.
  • Oversee and guide senior HRBPs supporting Finance, P&I, and Legal & CEO Office, ensuring consistency, alignment, and impact across global functions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior executives, influencing leadership capability, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Organizational Transformation & Change Leadership
  • Lead the people-related dimensions of ADAMA’s global transformation, particularly in Finance, IT and HR, where new structures, operating models, and reporting lines are being implemented.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent readiness to ensure the right people and capabilities are in place to deliver on future business needs.
  • Champion cultural and behavioral change, ensuring engagement, communication, and alignment during transitions.
  • Talent & Leadership Development
  • Lead talent management and succession planning for supported functions by identifying high-potential employees, developing future leaders, and ensuring strong successors are in place for critical roles.
  • Drive the development of managers and senior leaders through coaching, capability-building, and exposure to learning opportunities.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture across functions
  • HQ Site & Employee Experience
  • Assume full accountability for HR at ADAMA’s HQ site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace for all employees located at the site.
  • Oversee facilities management, building operations, safety, security, catering, fleet, and workplace services.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee well-being, engagement, and sense of community at HQ, positioning the site as a hub of collaboration and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive and strategic HR leadership experience; including 5+ years in a senior Business Partner role
  • Strong track record of managing senior-level managers across diverse functions
  • Experience managing HR teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record as HR Business Partner to Executive leadership (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
  • Strong balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop senior HR leaders.
  • Deep understanding of cross-cultural environments; ability to operate across regions with sensitivity and agility.
  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset.
  • Global mindset and proven ability to understand and work effectively with individuals of different cultural backgrounds including Israel, South & Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
