As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our finance team in Israel and seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Controller to join us. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District.

Role Description

The Assistant Controller will support the company’s financial operations and play an integral role in both day-to-day finance and strategic financial processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Daily financial tasks and bookkeeping supervision
• Month-end and quarter-end closings
• Preparation of financial statements and Israeli tax reports
• Budget versus actual analysis
• Oversight and implementation of ISOX compliance
• Involvement in the valuation of real estate investments.

Job requirements

• CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting – Required
• Experience in a BIG4 accounting firm – Required
• Experience in the Real Estate division – Advantage
• Previous experience working in real estate companies involving valuation processes – Strong Advantage
• NetSuite experience – Advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate financial reports
• Meticulous attention to detail and data integrity
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew – Required
