We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tel Aviv. This dynamic role involves a variety of responsibilities and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and email correspondence
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings (local and international)
  • Coordinate conference calls and appointments
  • Monitor and follow up on payments
  • Prepare departmental invoices and maintain client communication

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support and calendar management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

🕘 Working Hours:

Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–16:30
