We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our innovative medical device startup. You will ensure smooth daily operations, create and maintain a pleasant work environment, and support our growing team in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹Investor Relations Management: Coordinate and manage communications with investors
🔹Executive Support: Provide administrative support to company leadership as needed
🔹Administrative Operations: Handle company administrative matters including scheduling meetings, coordinating business travel, and managing logistics
🔹Office Operations: Serve as the central point of contact for all office-related needs including supplies, catering, and facility management
🔹Procurement: Source and manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers
🔹General Operations: Support day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless workflow
Office located in Or Yehuda
Requirements
🔹Previous experience as an Office Manager (preferred)
🔹Experience in startup environments, particularly in healthcare/medical device industry (advantage)
🔹Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
🔹Proven experience managing executive calendars, expense tracking, and complex logistics
🔹Strong organizational skills with experience in day-to-day operations management
🔹Experience with Priority ERP system
🔹Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
🔹Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
