The Opportunity – Sales Development Representative

We’re expanding our sales efforts and looking for a strong SDR to help drive outbound and inbound lead qualification. This role includes researching prospects, engaging potential clients across multiple channels, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and research.

• Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest.

• Build and maintain prospect lists and research key accounts.

• Set meetings and support smooth lead handoff to sales.

• Drive attendance for events and webinars.

• Work closely with sales & marketing on outreach strategy.

• Maintain accurate CRM activity and notes.

• Share insights and best practices to improve our playbook.

• Use sales tools and AI-powered platforms to support productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience as an SDR/BDR (1–2 years).
• Strong presentation and active listening skills.
• Comfortable engaging new leads and explaining product value.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fast learner with interest in technology.
• Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
