Role Overview

Deliverz.AI is seeking a Vice President (VP) of Marketing & Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy, brand expansion, and revenue growth. This executive will be responsible for building a high-performing commercial engine that drives awareness, adoption, and customer success across hospitals and enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — a growth-oriented professional who can craft a powerful narrative, build a strong pipeline, and close enterprise-level opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Deliverz.AI’s integrated marketing and sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Lead demand generation, digital marketing, and brand positioning to drive awareness and inbound opportunities.
  • Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and key account management.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop pricing, go-to-market, and channel strategies.
  • Create compelling value propositions and materials highlighting ROI, efficiency, and impact.
  • Lead negotiations and relationship management with hospitals, partners, and integrators.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, CRM, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and conversion.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building pipelines, closing enterprise deals, and scaling revenue in tech or SaaS companies.
  • Experience in AI, robotics, logistics, or healthcare technology preferred.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
