We are delighted to be partnering with an international organisation to appoint a Global Digital Delivery Director, a newly created leadership role that will shape and drive large-scale digital delivery across multiple regions.

This position requires for a leader with a strong technical foundation and the capability to steer complex digital initiatives end-to-end while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across technology, operations and strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, consistent delivery standards and the rollout of innovative, consumer-focused digital solutions. As a newly established function, the role offers the opportunity to define the operating model, implement best-practice frameworks and build a high-performing global delivery organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs
• Provide strong people leadership to diverse technical teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Act as the central interface for senior stakeholders, including C-suite members, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business discussions
• Establish consistent delivery standards, governance frameworks and execution models across multiple regions
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital development cycles
• Oversee resourcing, prioritisation and operational performance across the delivery function

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in consumer-oriented technology development with deep technical understanding
• Experience working with C-level and a broad range of senior stakeholders
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to dive into detail when necessary while maintaining strategic oversight
• Strong capability in end-to-end product ownership, from concept to deployment
• Skilled at simplifying complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Relocation to Thailand is an offering
