Cosmetics Division | R&D Department

A well-established and recognized Israeli company in the cosmetics and personal care industry is expanding its activities and entering new fields. We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs, Registration & Documentation Specialist to join the Cosmetics Division within the R&D Department.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop regulatory expertise in a professional, innovative, and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing safety assessments for cosmetic products
• Reviewing product labeling to ensure regulatory compliance
• Ongoing communication with raw material suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Collecting, organizing, and managing regulatory information
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• BSc degree (at minimum) in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Food Technology, or Biotechnology – required
• Up to 2 years of prior experience in regulatory affairs or the cosmetics industry – an advantage
• Experience working with external interfaces in Israel and internationally – an advantage
• Familiarity with cosmetic safety assessments, labeling requirements, and cosmetic regulations – an advantage
• High-level Hebrew
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
