AvaTrade is seeking a senior, highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead and scale the company’s B2C exchange-traded offerings. This role has a mandatory focus on delivering Real Stocks to retail clients, with Futures experience considered a strategic advantage.

The position includes full P&L ownership and responsibility for commercial growth, operational excellence, and market expansion across regulated global markets. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities:

· Full P&L ownership for B2C exchange-traded products (Real Stocks, Futures)

· Define and execute business and go-to-market strategies for retail clients.

· Lead and align cross-functional matrix teams across the organization.

· Drive growth of exchange-traded products, with a core focus on Real Stocks and Futures)

· Oversee optimization of trading platforms and end-to-end user experience.

· Identify new markets, partnerships, and scalable growth opportunities.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in an online brokerage firm focused on B2C retail clients and exchange-traded products (Real Stocks, Futures)

· Proven experience delivering Real Stocks trading to B2C retail clients

· Strong understanding of retail brokerage operations and regulated trading environments.

· Demonstrated experience managing P&L and driving commercial growth.

· Fluent English (written and verbal).

Advantages

· Experience with Futures trading and global futures exchanges.

· Hands-on experience with advanced trading platforms such as MT5.
