**The Role

**We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key product areas end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is excited to build and ship quickly with a high-impact team.

What You’ll Do

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define requirements, user stories, and priorities aligned with business goals
• Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and speed of execution
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product
• Play a key role in shaping the company’s product roadmap

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Strong track record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
• B2C or B2B2C experience

• Background in healthcare, benefits, or regulated industries
