**Let's cut to the chase. What's the job?

**We’re looking for a hands-on IT Manager to run Guardio’s daily IT operations, support employees, and ensure our systems, tools, and devices run smoothly and securely.

This role is highly operational and service-oriented, with close collaboration with HR, Security, and Engineering.

You will:

• Own day-to-day IT operations across the company.
• Be the first point of contact for IT support and help desk requests.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes – accounts, permissions, devices, and access.
• Purchase, configure, and maintain laptops and other endpoint devices.
• Manage SaaS tools, user access, and basic system integrations.
• Maintain network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, access control, AV).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Work with external IT and security vendors when needed.
• Support implementation and maintenance of security-related tools and best practices.
• Partner with HR, Security, and Operations to ensure smooth employee experience and secure IT processes.

**We think you might be if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in an IT / IT Support / IT Manager role in a tech company.
• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding/offboarding and IT support.
• Strong knowledge of MacOS (Windows/Linux – advantage).
• Experience with MDM and IDP tools (e.g. JumpCloud, Okta, similar).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and SaaS management.
• Basic understanding of networking, VPNs, and security tools.
• A service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have (but not a must):

• Experience working in a security-conscious or SaaS environment.
• Exposure to compliance or security processes (SOC2, internal security policies).
• Experience working with external vendors or MSPs.
