Product Marketing Manager

Location: Company offices in Petah Tikva

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our product documentation, sales enablement materials, and product training programs. This role is central to how we communicate our value, educate customers, and empower our sales and business teams.

Responsibilities

Product Documentation

• Create, update, and maintain all product-related documents.
• Develop product overviews, technical white papers, product specifications, brochures, FAQs, and datasheets.
• Produce customer-facing materials including tutorials, video scripts, how-to guides, and feature summaries.
• Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with product strategy and messaging.

Sales Enablement

• Build and maintain sales presentations, pitch decks, product playbooks, and competitive comparison tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to provide tools that support the full sales cycle.
• Prepare product value messaging for different market segments and buyer personas.

Product Training

• Deliver product training sessions including pre-sales training, product demos, and new-feature walk-throughs.
• Develop structured onboarding materials for internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech Support).
• Serve as the product knowledge expert across the company.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Support.
• Support the VP Product in shaping product positioning, go-to-market messaging, and launch activities.
• Gather feedback from customer teams to continuously improve product materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into simple, compelling messages.
• Proven experience creating customer-facing documents, presentations, and product tutorials.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with sanction screening, compliance, fintech, or AML domains — advantage.
