**Role Overview

**We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-growing startup. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building our team by leading end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and a true people person- we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles- from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements.
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and communities to connect with exceptional candidates.
• Represent the company and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve performance and hiring efficiency.
• Stay on top of talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas that keep us competitive and forward-thinking.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment in an organization, ideally in a startup or fast-scale environment
• Proven experience hiring for tech and business roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on approach, proactive mindset, and passion for recruitment.
• Team player attitude with a drive to collaborate, improve, and win together.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
