What You Will Do

• Lead mission-critical projects end to end, from kickoff through successful delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, strict adherence to timelines, and effective budget management
• Work in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating closely with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to align execution with strategic objectives
• Serve as the primary interface for global clients and key stakeholders, building long-term trust and consistently exceeding expectations
• Identify and realize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within active projects, contributing directly to business growth and account development
• Maintain full compliance with international regulations, industry standards, and security requirements at all times

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience within the technology sector
• Proven experience in the defense domain is mandatory
• An academic or professional background in Engineering (Software or Hardware)
• Strong understanding of complex technological systems; familiarity with AI-based solutions is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of UAE business culture and security standards is highly valued
• Ability to identify business opportunities and drive commercial growth within existing engagements
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently across international locations
