📍 Herzliya | Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days from home)

A global leading FMCG company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team on a temporary basis for approximately 10 months, with potential for a longer-term opportunity.

This role leads the strategic development and execution of B2B and B2C digital marketing across all digital touchpoints, building a 360° omni-channel digital ecosystem. You will work closely with Brand, Sales, Consumer Strategy, Legal, and Global teams to drive engagement, performance, and brand consistency.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute the end-to-end digital strategy, including acquisition, retention, content funnels, personalization, and automated consumer journeys.
• Manage brand pages and digital assets across B2C and B2B platforms, supporting brand campaigns with strong digital execution.
• Own CRM and Salesforce operations, including data management, segmentation, and data-driven journey implementation.
• Manage digital agencies and vendors, overseeing budgets, timelines, KPIs, and delivery from concept to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and trends.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and media budget management.
• Fluent English and Hebrew, spoken and written.
• Strong experience with digital marketing and performance tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO, SEM, tracking, and attribution.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation, including Salesforce, segmentation, and automated consumer journeys.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress and managing digital content and assets.
• Proven ability to manage performance-driven campaigns, analyze data, and turn insights into actions.
• Understanding of UI and UX principles and digital user journeys.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid project management and leadership skills, including prioritization, multi-stakeholder coordination, and team guidance.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
