What will you do?

• Own lead flow end-to-end - Manage the full lifecycle from lead capture through conversion, ensuring smooth handoffs and accurate data
• Run HubSpot at scale - Design, build, and optimize CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and data structure to support rapid growth
• Connect the marketing stack - Integrate advertising platforms with HubSpot using native and custom solutions for clean tracking and reporting
• Maintain funnel integrity - Ensure accurate attribution models, lifecycle stages, and field collection across the entire funnel
• Automate for efficiency - Build scalable automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to eliminate manual processes
• Turn data into insight - Analyze and present marketing and pipeline data to support strategic decisions across Marketing and Sales

What will you need to have?

• Strong HubSpot experience - 2+ years hands-on as a HubSpot admin, building workflows, managing data architecture, and lead scoring
• B2B SaaS background - 3+ years working in a SaaS environment with an understanding of growth-stage challenges
• Marketing systems expertise - Proven experience integrating ad platforms and marketing tools into HubSpot
• Automation mindset - Hands-on experience building workflows with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Data accuracy obsession - Strong understanding of attribution models, lifecycle stages, and reporting reliability
• Independent problem-solver - Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and learning new tools without constant guidance

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience supporting SDR workflows, including lead routing and qualification
• Worked closely with Sales on pipeline visibility and handoff processes
• Built marketing ops foundations during a scaling phase
