About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-driven Performance Marketing Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our paid media activity and help scale it into a structured, repeatable growth engine.

This is not a “classic media buyer” role. You can be an ex media buyer, but the core of the job is operational ownership: building the operating system around performance marketing, keeping execution tight, improving workflows, and driving consistent growth. You will still be hands-on in the platforms, especially at the start.

Our focus is performance marketing across e-commerce, search, and additional scalable channels.

What you’ll own

Hands-on performance (must)

  • Own and operate campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns based on clear KPIs (ROAS, CAC, revenue, profit, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, pacing, testing plan, and performance troubleshooting
  • Work closely with creative and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and overall efficiency

Media operations, day-to-day management (core of the role)

  • Build a structured operating system: briefs, task flows, naming conventions, QA checklists, approvals, and post-launch routines
  • Create weekly and monthly cadence: performance reviews, experiment pipeline, planning, and prioritization
  • Set up reporting hygiene: consistent dashboards, metric definitions, and actionable insights
  • Coordinate execution across stakeholders (creative, design, web, analytics), keep timelines and deliverables on track
  • Identify bottlenecks and fix them with process, documentation, and automation

Scale and team growth (advantage)

  • Manage freelancers/agencies where needed
  • Build hiring plan and structure for the paid media function
  • Help recruit, onboard, and eventually manage a team as we scale

Requirements (must-have)

  • Proven hands-on performance media buying experience on Meta Ads and Google Ads, must
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: testing, optimization loops, measurement, scaling
  • Extremely organized: you can run multiple workstreams without losing details
  • Highly systematic: you build processes, document them, and make the team faster over time
  • Ownership mindset with strong execution and follow-through

Advantage (nice-to-have)

  • Hands-on experience with Bing/Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with Taboola / Outbrain
  • Experience with Programmatic buying
  • Experience building and managing a performance marketing team
  • Experience working with data tools (dashboards, BI, GA4/GTM), and collaborating with analytics
