⏳ Temporary (6 months) | Full-time | Start date: Feb 1, 2026

📍 Tel Aviv | On-site (5 days/week) | Reports to: Head of People & Operations

We’re hiring a hands-on Ops Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our Tel Aviv office and keep the employee experience running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

Run office operations (supplies, meeting rooms, maintenance, vendors)
Own vendor management + purchasing & basic budget tracking
Support employee experience initiatives (team events, wellbeing)
Support People Ops continuity (onboarding/offboarding, documentation in Notion)

Requirements:

2–5 years in Ops / Workplace / Office Ops / People Ops
Must be on-site daily
Strong English + strong ownership and execution skills
Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack
