Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze RTB campaign performance, applying data-driven bid, segment, and pacing optimizations.
• Own daily performance tracking to ensure pacing efficiency and KPI alignment across exchanges and partners.
• Measure, report, and interpret key funnel metrics to identify growth and scaling opportunities.
• Analyze market behavior and performance patterns to support strategic decisions and experimentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new inventory sources, targeting approaches, and innovation in bidding and optimization.
• Recommend and help implement new growth strategies, including opportunities inspired by trading-style analytics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic buying, ideally RTB user acquisition.
• Experience managing platform or exchange partnerships with a focus on performance optimization.
• High comfort working with numbers, large datasets, and fast iteration cycles.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (functions, filters, data modeling, pivots, structured reporting).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into execution.
• Ability to think strategically and operate cross-functionally with different teams.
• Experience planning, testing, and buying performance-based media (paid social and programmatic).

Strong Advantages:

• Background analyzing financial markets, day trading, or algo-based trading strategies.
• Experience interpreting algorithmic decision logic and market-movement behavior.
• Ability to apply trading-style thinking into bidding logic, pattern detection, and optimization frameworks.
