Role Description

A Lecturer & Industry Expert role for the FinTech & InsurTech Academy at FNext Academy.

The role focuses on developing and delivering practical, industry-driven content, leading selected workshops, and training professionals in FinTech and InsurTech domains.

Responsibilities include designing and adapting course materials, presenting real-world case studies, engaging with founders and executives, and collaborating with industry partners to ensure relevant, up-to-date learning experiences.

This is a flexible, part-time / guest-based role, with sessions delivered in a hybrid format (on-site in Israel and remote).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in FinTech, InsurTech, and financial services industries
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging educational content, workshops, and presentations
• Proficiency in digital tools, technology platforms, and online teaching methods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Ability to collaborate with industry partners for updated and practical insights
• Proven problem-solving aptitude and project management skills
• Advanced degree in FinTech, Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Previous training, teaching, or academic experience is an advantage
