Lead the visual language of a young and dynamic brand – from concept to screen.
About the Role
- Drive the creative execution of video content from initial idea to final delivery
- Develop and structure engaging video flows for both shooting and editing
- Translate content ideas into compelling direction, filming, and editing that works on screen
- Own the brand’s editing style and visual storytelling
- Define standards for pace, tone, and narrative in both shooting and editing
- Manage video editors and collaborate closely with the Creative Director
- Work with the Head Producer and production team to deliver high-quality outputs
Requirements
- Proven experience in directing and editing video content
- Deep understanding of editing as a creative process (storytelling, building a visual language)
- Ability to take a concept and execute it sharply, dynamically, and engagingly
- Strong connection to social media and organic content trends
- Understanding of young audiences, trend culture, and fast-paced editing styles
- Excellent teamwork, clear communication, and accountability for deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
