Formidable Care Is Hiring a Pharmacist (Israel · Remote)

Formidable operates Israel’s digital prescription infrastructure, used by healthcare organizations to issue and process prescriptions securely and reliably.

We’re looking for a licensed pharmacist in Israel to join our team and work closely with us on OpenMed, our medication knowledge layer used by hospitals and pharmaceutical groups.

What you’ll actually do

• Participate in ongoing clinical review and quality assurance of medication data
• Validate matches between commercial products and their generic equivalents
• Verify dosage forms, strengths, routes of administration, and packaging
• Flag inconsistencies, ambiguities, or clinically sensitive cases
• Apply pharmacist judgment to maintain and continuously improve clinical accuracy

Your input will help ensure medications are interpreted consistently and safely across real clinical workflows.

• Licensed pharmacist in Israel
