About the Role

We are hiring a CRM & Sales Operations Manager for an active business in the health and wellness workshop space.

This is a paid, part-time, clearly defined position with a genuine intent to hire.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound leads (phone, WhatsApp, Facebook), managing the sales process from initial contact to close, operating and maintaining the CRM system (tagging, documentation, and follow-ups), managing WhatsApp Business and groups, and performing basic website content updates.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Native-level English and high-level Hebrew
• Strong technological orientation
• Ability to work confidently with CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, high level of organization, and personal responsibility
• Legal eligibility to work in Israel

Nice-to-Have / Advantage

• Previous experience with CRM and/or Sales Operations
• Experience managing leads and sales processes
• Background in sales, customer success, or customer support
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn (an advantage)

Position Details

Paid, part-time position (approximately 15–20 hours per week).

Remote role based in Israel.

Defined daily availability hours for lead response, alongside flexible working hours for process completion.

Initial 2–3 month pilot period with the option to expand.
