We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and tech‑savvy professional to own the demand–technology interface, lead portfolio processes, and help drive smarter, faster operations across our IS/IT department.
What you’ll do?
- Partner with business teams to define needs and turn them into actionable initiatives.
- Own the intake and prioritization process, ensuring clear routing and follow‑up.
- Manage a portfolio of projects: plans, timelines, risks, and execution.
- Lead change governance (incl. CAB) and ensure smooth, well‑communicated releases.
- Improve processes and introduce automation and AI‑driven solutions.
- Build dashboards and insights on workload, SLAs, and initiative progress.
What we’re looking for?
- 3+ years in Operations / PMO / BRM / Portfolio roles (preferably in tech or IS/IT).
- Experience with demand management, project/portfolio processes, and governance.
- Strong execution, organization, and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical thinker with creative problem‑solving skills.
- Excel expert + experience with Jira / Monday / MS Project / Smartsheet.
Nice to have
- ITIL/ITSM and Change Management (incl. CAB).
- No‑code/low‑code automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make).
- Hands‑on AI/GenAI experience.
- BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
