YHM Technologies is expanding and growing its hardware practice.

We’re looking for an experienced Hardware Account Manager to own customer relationships, quotes, and hardware projects - end to end.

This role is for someone who understands B2B and Enterprise customers, knows how hardware deals really work, and takes full ownership - from the first conversation to delivery and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage customer relationships with SMB and Enterprise clients
• Lead hardware opportunities end to end - requirements, quotes, orders, delivery, and follow-up
• Work with leading global hardware brands such as Lenovo, Dell, Apple, Logitech, and others
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, logistics, and internal teams
• Think commercially - pricing, margins, deal structure, and long-term customer value
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and deepen customer relationships
• Act as the single point of ownership for your customers and deals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager in B2B hardware
• Strong familiarity with enterprise hardware brands and vendor ecosystems
• Experience working with SMB and Enterprise customers
• Ability to manage deals independently, including quotes, orders, and customer communication
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
• Customer-focused mindset combined with commercial thinking

Strong Advantage If You Have

• Experience working with distributors and complex supply chains
• Familiarity with large enterprise purchasing processes
• Background in integrators or solution providers
