We’re looking for a SaaS Sales Manager who wants real ownership, not just a title.

This role is about building long-term SaaS revenue through renewals, expansions, and disciplined execution - not one-off deals.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end SaaS revenue at YHM:

• New SaaS deals
• Renewals and expansions
• Retention and forecasting
• Revenue predictability and growth

Full accountability. No silos.

What You’ll Do

• Own SaaS ARR targets across new logos and existing customers
• Drive aggressive expansion through seat growth, add-ons, and cross-vendor upsell across modern IT stacks, including MDM, EDR, identity, and cloud security platforms
• Lead renewals and proactively protect revenue for best-in-class SaaS products such as CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, Kandji, and modern collaboration platforms like Zoom
• Manage the full customer lifecycle and identify churn risks early across security, endpoint, identity, and cloud-first environments
• Build and run a tight, forecastable pipeline covering new business, renewals, and expansions
• Execute SaaS GTM with leadership and top-tier SaaS vendors
• Close deals through AWS marketplace, including renewals and expansions
• Work closely with engineers and delivery to ensure strong post-sale adoption and measurable outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including renewals and expansions
• Proven ability to grow ARR inside existing customers
• Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle
• High work ethic, ownership mindset, and comfort with pressure

Strong Advantage If You Have

• Background in IT, security, identity, or device management
• Experience in partner-led sales environments
