Marketing Coordinator - full-time, in Herzliya (hybrid model).

ESRA, a leading non-profit empowering olim and bridging social gaps across Israel, is looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive growth in participation, membership, and fundraising.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role where you'll be mainly involved in execution:
- Execute ESRA’s marketing plan across multiple channels.
- Own day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns and projects from start to finish.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials - newsletters, flyers, social posts, emails campaigns and more.
- Manage ESRA’s social media presence, building targeted marketing strategies, creating collaborations with influencers, and increasing brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms with outsourced services. Track, analyze and report on campaign and performance results to continuously optimize results.
- Support fundraising initiatives and community engagement campaigns.

Who You Are:
- A doer and a learner with strong communication skills and a natural ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
- Experienced in marketing with a proven track record (non-profit experience is a plus).
- Skilled in digital marketing, social media management, and fundraising.
- Assertive, detail-oriented, and data- and results-driven.
- A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and loves making things happen.
