What You’ll Drive

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
  • Build strong, strategic relationships that encourage long-term loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities within your accounts
  • Guide customers through their journey, ensuring they get maximum value
  • Deliver product insights and help customers adopt new features and solutions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing & Support to resolve challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and drive strong account growth outcomes
