about the role: bleader is a leading data & ai consulting and implementation company. we are recruiting on behalf of a large, well-known insurance organization for a high-impact data & ai initiative. join our brand-new ai division and help build next-generation genai-powered data solutions!

we are looking for a data scientist who lives and breathes ml, loves experimenting with llms, and wants to take part in shaping ai innovation at scale.

what you'll do:

• build end-to-end ml & genai solutions, from research to production.
• perform eda, feature engineering, modeling, & statistical analysis.
• fine-tune llms and work with embeddings, vector stores, & rag pipelines.
• deploy models to production with ml engineering & devops teams.
• monitor model performance, detect drift, & retrain when needed.
• collaborate with business stakeholders and present insights.
• lead improvements in ml/ai methodologies across the organization.

requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a data scientist.
• strong proficiency in python & ml libraries.
• strong sql skills.
• b.sc. in cs / engineering / math / statistics / data science.
• experience with genai / llm technologies (a big advantage).
