about the role: a private entrepreneur with a strong background in business development and venture creation is seeking a founding cto / tech co-founder to lead the technological vision and execution of a groundbreaking platform in the gaming / short-form video / ugc space.

responsibilities: • build the entire technology stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure • hands-on development of the poc and mvp through beta release • define architecture, select technologies, and ensure scalability, quality, and security • represent technology in investor discussions and pitch meetings • recruit and lead the initial engineering team • partner closely with the founder to shape the product and company vision

must-have requirements: 🎯 experience as cto or tech lead in early-stage startups (pre-seed / seed) — required 🎯 strong proficiency in react native and node.js / typescript — required 🎯 deep experience with cloud infrastructure (aws / gcp), including cdn, storage, and video transcoding — required 🎯 excellent english (spoken and written) — required 🎯 based in israel hybrid work — required

significant advantages: • experience with short-form video platforms, creator economy, or viral content • mobile architecture, ci/cd, and devops background • ability to present and communicate tech strategy to investors
