IAI’s ELTA Division is seeking a Project Manager to lead a mega multi-mission aircraft project.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for managing and executing complex airborne system projects from contract signing through customer delivery.

The position includes:

• Managing and leading large-scale multi-mission aircraft projects from contract signature to delivery

• Monitoring milestone progress and ensuring project execution according to schedule

• Leading tests, trials, and reviews in Israel and abroad

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors’ ongoing activities

• Providing system-level and managerial solutions to customer needs

• Matrix leadership and collaboration with relevant disciplines – system engineering, software, mechanics, and hardware

• Managing and controlling work plans, procurement processes, deliveries, and project risk management

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Computer Science – required

• At least 3 years of experience in business project management – required

• Proven experience managing airborne platform projects – required

• Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading) – required

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed
