Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a motivated sales team from the ground up.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies.
- Drive new business opportunities and long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with management to shape the company’s growth direction.
- Take part in strategic sales initiatives while remaining active in the field.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience leading a sales team - must.
- Proven success in B2B or SaaS sales - must.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and high motivation.
- Passion for technology and growth.
