We are looking for: Local Antenna Product Manager EMEA

As a Local Antenna Product Manager (PDM), you will act as the regional extension of the Antenna PDM Leader of EMEA, ensuring smooth execution of antenna-related projects and supporting customers directly. This role requires both technical and commercial skills, with a strong focus on customer engagement, project follow-up, and cross-team coordination.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for antenna products in the region, providing support to customers and sales teams.
• Promote antenna products through presentations, training, and technical workshops.
• Support customer projects from quotation to delivery, ensuring requirements are clearly translated to internal teams
• Provide technical feedback and market insights to the Antenna PDM Leader and R&D teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and support new business opportunities
• Manage customer escalations locally and ensure alignment with global product strategy.
• Track project milestones and follow up on ongoing opportunities to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing proposals, documentation, and customer-facing material.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in antennas, RF, wireless communication, or IoT hardware.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (5G, LTE, LPWA, GNSS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and translate technical needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience in product management, technical sales, or application engineering preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region when required.
