About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Administrator & Personal Assistant to join our team in Tel Aviv. This role is at the heart of Irregular’s operations, ensuring our founders can focus on strategic priorities while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll manage day-to-day office logistics, scheduling, communications, and operational workflows, while supporting company events and people operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily executive and administrative support to the founders, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, personal issues and follow-ups.
  • Manage the office space - supplies, vendors, facilities, deliveries, and general upkeep.
  • Support company-wide operations such as onboarding, employee logistics, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, offsites, and visits from international partners or investors.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the founders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Help streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and support the company’s rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager, or a similar operational role in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Hebrew and English.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude - no task too big or too small.

  • Available to work from our Tel Aviv office, five days a week.
