Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a UX/UI & Product Design - AI Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining AI-driven design processes. You will leverage your design expertise to guide AI training cycles, focusing on full-cycle prompting and delivering cutting-edge insights that shape future-ready digital experiences. This position offers remote flexibility and the opportunity to directly impact AI-driven product evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in UX/UI and product design for AI training initiatives.
• Design, review, and iterate on full-cycle prompting workflows to enhance AI understanding of design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI training data represents industry-leading design standards.
• Create clear, actionable documentation and training content tailored to AI systems and human stakeholders.
• Provide expert feedback and actionable insights to continuously optimize the AI product design capabilities.
• Champion best practices for intuitive user experiences and interface aesthetics within AI models.
• Communicate effectively through exemplary written and verbal skills with team members and project leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI and product design.
• Proven experience with AI-driven design processes or training data creation for AI applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—clarity and empathy are a must.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality design assets and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in creating AI prompts or involvement in full-cycle prompting projects.
• Experience mentoring or training professionals in design or AI-related fields.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design workflows.
