About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Head of Demand Generation to build and orchestrate SolarEdge’s global demand engine across 18 countries. This role will focus on:

  • Growing demand within our existing customer base and driving upsell initiatives.
  • Lifecycle marketing for B2C homeowners.
  • Co-marketing programs with our global B2B installer ecosystem.
  • Laying the foundation for SolarEdge’s first direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy.
  • Transforming and scaling our HubSpot infrastructure.

This is a senior team leader role with small-team oversight, designed for someone with managerial capabilities and the potential to take on expanded leadership responsibilities in the near future.

**Key Responsibilities:

**Growing Demand And Upsell Generation (Primary Scope)

  • Build and execute global demand generation strategies targeting millions of existing customers.
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell programs for batteries, energy services, and additional key products.
  • Create automated lifecycle journeys and targeted messaging for B2C homeowners.
  • Drive improvements in conversion, attach rates, and customer engagement.

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing Foundation

  • Architect SolarEdge’s first comprehensive D2C digital marketing strategy.
  • Build funnel models, segmentation frameworks, and automated cross-channel journeys.
  • Identify scalable channels for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

HubSpot & Digital Infrastructure

  • Lead a full HubSpot transformation — data structure, segmentation, workflows, scoring, and attribution
  • Build lifecycle automations, nurture flows, and performance dashboards
  • Establish global standards and processes for campaign operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, BI, regional marketing, sales, and customer experience teams.
  • Partner with regional marketers to orchestrate and localize campaigns across 18 countries.
  • Leverage insights to fuel personalization, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Support development of landing pages, digital assets, web tools, and conversion funnels.

Leadership Potential

  • Demonstrate strong leadership through cross-functional influence and project ownership.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C-suite and board stakeholders when needed.

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle, or growth marketing.
  • Expertise in upsell/expansion, retention, or post-purchase engagement.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, workflows, data logic).
  • AI-first approach to strategy, branding, and content.
  • Proven success in building and executing digital strategies across multiple regions and markets using AI.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, customer engagement, automation, and social media.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics, automation platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multidisciplinary environment.
