As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own strategic customer relationships and play a central role in driving adoption, value, and long-term growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own and grow relationships with key customers
• Lead onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers see value fast
• Drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Act as the voice of the customer internally
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support to shape the customer journey
• Use data and insights to improve customer health and satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• 3–8 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in a SaaS environment
• Strong business mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trust and become a strategic partner for customers
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
