We are looking for a high-performing Sales Hunter to own the full sales cycle —

from lead generation from scratch to successful deal closure — within the world of recruitment solutions for startups.

This role involves working directly with Founders, CEOs, and C-level executives, building strategic partnerships, and leading complex sales processes based on a deep understanding of both business and technology needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads from scratch (outbound & inbound) and build an independent sales pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, consultative sales presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Work directly with Founders, CEOs, and senior leadership in startup environments
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic sales partnerships
  • Identify client needs and tailor smart, high-impact recruitment solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed growth and revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or tech recruitment
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • High-level communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the startup and tech ecosystem
  • Ability to translate complex needs into clear, compelling sales solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
