We are looking for a Chief Systems Engineer to lead the integration and validation of advanced naval air defense systems for international customers.

The position includes:

• Leading engineering activities for naval air defense system development and delivery
• Managing multidisciplinary engineering efforts with internal and external partners
• Integrating and validating air defense systems with advanced ship platforms
• Engineering management, system architecture definition, and requirements derivation
• Leading system performance analysis, trials, and acceptance tests in Israel and abroad

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Software Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering – required
• At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering within complex System of Systems development projects – required
• Proven ability to manage and control engineering teams in a matrix environment – required
• Hands-on experience in technical documentation and system performance analysis – required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – required
• Willingness to travel abroad – required
