A leading organization is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join its finance team in Herzliya. This is a hands-on, business-facing role with real impact, combining financial planning, analysis, and performance management in a hybrid work model (Two days per week from the Herzliya office, the rest from home)

💼 What You’ll Do

• Drive achievement of financial targets by monitoring performance, analyzing results, and leading corrective actions such as accrual management, invoice tracking, and budget reviews.
• Deliver accurate and timely actuals, forecasts, and planning cycles (including ASP, LE, OL, PMM, SPC, AP & SP), ensuring data consistency and quality.
• Provide clear financial reporting and analysis on volumes, P&L, variances, and key business drivers, translating insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Strengthen the control environment by ensuring compliance, developing local policies, and supporting investment evaluations for new launches, pricing initiatives, and packaging changes.
• Enhance business agility by developing advanced reporting tools and partnering with local ExCom and Regional Management to drive KPIs, with specific accountability for Industry Revenue analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA certification - A MUST
• Fluent English - A MUST
• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar finance role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent. Master’s degree & professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CFA) are a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, planning cycles, and P&L management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP & Priority
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
