We are seeking a Finance Manager with deep expertise in analyzing, structuring, and evaluating complex financial transactions. The CFO will be a key partner to the executive team, leading financial planning, deal analysis, and risk management to drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Analysis: Evaluate investments, acquisitions, funding structures, and deal feasibility.
• Financial Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
• Modeling & Valuation: Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decision-making.
• Operations & Compliance: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain and leverage relationships with banks, investors, and external advisors.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify financial risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• Managing people: Will manage a few Finance team members locally and in the London office

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior leadership capacity.
• 3-5 years experience
• Advanced expertise in corporate finance, deal structuring, and due diligence.
• Strong ability to independently evaluate and vet complex financial transactions.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
