Office Manager & Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover) – Boutique Investment Firm
Portofino Investments, a boutique investment banking firm in Tel Aviv, is looking for a professional and highly organized Office Manager to cover a maternity leave (8-12 months), with a possibility of extension.
The role requires a representative individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a high level of professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Operations: Managing complex executive calendars and coordinating high-level meetings.
- Office Management: Overseeing daily operations, office visibility, vendor management, and procurement.
- Executive Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the investment team and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration or as an Executive Assistant – Mandatory.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel).
- High-level English proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping – Significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Canva – Advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Terms:
Full-time: Sun-Thu, 09:00-18:00.
Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv (On-site parking available).
Start Date: February 2026.
