We are looking for a Head of Marketing to be the driving force behind our market presence. This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up with the backing of a proven product that just keeps getting better.

As our first Head of Marketing, you won't just be executing a playbook, you’ll be writing it. You will partner directly with the founding team to define our strategy, craft our narrative, and own the entire demand-gen engine. This is a "player-coach" role for a builder who loves the craft of marketing as much as the strategy behind it.

Who you are:

• You’re a builder - energized by ambiguity and excited to create structure where there wasn’t any.
• You love and excel at B2B growth hacking and lead gen.
• You’re both a strategist and a doer - comfortable setting vision and just as comfortable writing the campaign brief yourself.
• You’re deeply collaborative and naturally sync with sales, product, and leadership.
• You have strong intuition for messaging, customer behavior, and what makes people click.
• You’re not just looking for what works - you’re constantly optimizing for what works better.
• You’re comfortable working in an AI-driven environment and looking to test and incorporate innovative Martech into your marketing processes

What you’ll do:

• Craft our marketing strategy and bring it to life - across content, campaigns, and brand.
• Lead demand generation efforts to drive qualified pipelines and support revenue growth.
• Build out our ABM approach and partner with sales on strategic target accounts.
• Create high-impact messaging and positioning that differentiates us in the U.S. market and beyond.
• Own the funnel: track performance, optimize conversions, and experiment across channels.
• Partner closely with Sales and Product to align on market insights, messaging, and feedback loops.
• Lay the foundation for a world-class marketing function, and grow a team over time.

What you bring:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in growth-stage or founder-led environments.
• Native-level English and a deep understanding of U.S. retail culture.
• Strong experience partnering with sales and owning demand generation.
• Hands-on expertise with ABM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid media, events management (offline and virtual) - you’re basically a full-funnel marketer
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with incorporating AI tools into your workflow across all channels.
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, with bonus points for experience in retail, logistics, or supply-chain tech.
• Comfortable wearing all the hats now - with ambition to build and lead a team later.
• A data-driven mindset - you track, measure, and optimize everything you do.
