Octopus Systems is a global provider of AI-powered Data Fusion and Command & Control platforms, supporting governments, critical infrastructure operators, financial institutions, and large enterprises worldwide.

We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a hungry, high-caliber Sales Manager with proven experience selling complex software or integrated hardware-software solutions in security-driven and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex enterprise and public-sector solutions
• Engage with C-level, security, IT, and operations stakeholders
• Drive opportunities in:
• AI-driven Command & Control
• Advanced Security & Public Safety platforms
• IoT and Smart / Critical Infrastructure
• Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams
• Build and manage relationships with system integrators, partners, and resellers
• Support international sales activities across EMEA, the Americas, and other regions

Requirements

• Several years of proven sales experience in:
• Enterprise software, or
• Integrated hardware-software solutions
• Strong background in at least one of the following:
• Security & Public Safety solutions
• Command & Control platforms
• IoT, Smart City, or Critical Infrastructure technologies
• Experience selling complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
• Languages:
• Hebrew – high level (mandatory)
• English – high level (mandatory)
• Spanish – a strong advantage
• A hungry, results-driven mindset, with the motivation to open doors, build pipeline, and close complex deals
• Independent, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment
