Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and driven UA Mobile Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts for Buff Play. In this role, you will develop and manage data-driven campaigns to attract high-value users to our platform. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to execute strategies that align with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize mobile UA campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, DSP, TikTok, Moloco, AppLovin, Unity, and so on.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and meet user growth KPIs.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and user flows to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to target audiences.
• Manage and track advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective user acquisition.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, ideally within entertainment or app-focused industries.
• Proven track record of driving successful UA campaigns with measurable results.
• Proven experience working with Play-To-Earn applications, demonstrating the ability to deliver accurate and efficient solutions in a dynamic and results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in mobile advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for identifying effective ad strategies.
