Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Regional Integrated Marketing Manager – Payment to drive the regional growth of Bybit’s Card & Pay products. This role bridges global strategy and local execution, ensuring our payment solutions resonate with users across diverse markets.

You will lead the regional adoption strategy, localize global campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities across target regions such as Europe and Latin America.

Please note this is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Execution:

• Own and execute the regional adoption strategy for Bybit Card & Pay in target regions (e.g., Europe, Latin America).
• Localize global campaigns and product launches to fit regional culture, market behavior, and compliance requirements.
• Identify local growth opportunities and propose mid-term marketing initiatives to capture market share.

Integrated Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, influencers, partnerships, events, PR) to drive awareness and product usage.
• Partner with the product team to roll out localized product and feature launches.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and optimize regional incentive and referral programs.

Performance & Insights:

• Analyze regional performance data and campaign results to extract actionable insights.
• Report findings and recommendations to inform future campaigns and product iterations.
• Provide regional feedback on messaging, creative assets, and offers to enhance local relevance and resonance.

Project Management:

• Manage relationships with regional influencers, communities, and marketing agencies to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and compliant brand presence across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital products.
• Proven track record in integrated campaign management and regional marketing execution.
• Basic knowledge of crypto and blockchain concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent project management skills and experience working across global teams.
• Fluency in English (additional regional language is a plus).
