We’re Hiring Creative Producer

We’re a global technology company building innovative, AI-driven products — and we’re looking for a Hands-On Creative Producer to lead real-world productions across the globe.

This is not a traditional advertising role. The content you produce (video, stills, and audio) will be used to train artificial intelligence models, making this role a unique blend of creativity, execution, and tech.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full production lifecycle — from planning to final delivery
• Manage and coordinate international productions with freelancers and local vendors (fully remote)
• Execute fast, efficient, and cost-effective guerrilla-style productions
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Build and maintain a global network of vetted professionals to reliably support our production and operational needs.
• Work with precise technical briefs and deliver high-quality assets that meet strict requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4+ years of experience in creative, content, or marketing production
• Hands-on experience with video, stills, and/or audio production
• Proven experience running global productions remotely — must-have
• Strong attention to detail, and high ownership
• A “can-do” attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Big plus:

• Experience working on data, AI, or technology-driven projects
• Familiarity with QC processes, metadata, and technical standards (video / audio / stills)
• Experience working with freelancers across multiple countries and time zones
• Strong independent decision-making skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Excellent English

This is a highly execution-focused role, not purely strategic

Expect lots of hands-on work, real-time problem-solving, and quick decisions

The pace is high and dynamic, requiring flexibility and availability
