Firon Law Firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the firm’s business development activities, drive revenue growth, strengthen relationships with existing clients, develop new business channels, and support partners and internal teams in expanding their business activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and implement the firm’s business development plan
  • Work closely with firm partners, management, and senior leadership
  • Design and structure the legal services sales process, from lead initiation through engagement completion
  • Lead BI-driven sales support initiatives, including analysis of client needs and the development of customized solutions
  • Formulate and implement long-term business development strategy
  • Analyze business data, market trends, and industry dynamics
  • Prepare reports and present insights to senior management
  • Oversee conferences, client events, and roundtable discussions

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Economics)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business development role – Mandatory
  • Experience in the services sector, including law firms, accounting firms, or consulting firms – mandatory
  • Strong familiarity with the legal services market – an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly committed and results-driven
  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple interfaces effectively
  • Experience leading a team
