The company recently completed a Seed round and is preparing for a Series A, with a pilot in the U.S.
Offices are located in Tel Aviv (near the train line).
The role involves:
- Managing a small development team
- Selecting technologies and leading end-to-end development, from AI platform to real-time operational optimization
- Entering at a critical growth stage, with the opportunity to influence the product and company vision
Requirements:
- 8 years of senior technology management experience (CTO / VP / Team Lead)
- Proven experience leading products from MVP to market-leading solutions
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (LLMs, recommendation engines, real-time systems)
- Extensive background in cloud, APIs, microservices, and retail/IoT technologies
- Proven success in building high-quality engineering team
